A special four-day summer event at Saku in Misugi-cho, Tsu City, Mie Prefecture. Activities include food stalls, an exhibition and flea market by Sachiko Kutsuzawa, and venison rice dishes. On the final day, August 4, singer-songwriter Choji will perform a shinobue flute dedication and live concert (reservation required, limited to 20 attendees, 2,500 yen).
