• Location data (only when using the "Near Me" feature)
• Your message and email address (when using the feedback or listing request form; providing an email address is optional)

Article 2 — How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

• Account management and authentication
• Sending email notifications about saved events, artists, and galleries
• Searching for nearby venues (location data is never stored on our servers)
• Responding to inquiries and listing requests

Article 3 — Third-Party Disclosure

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

Article 4 — Location Data

When using the "Near Me" feature, your location is used solely to find nearby venues. It is never stored in our database and is discarded immediately after the search is complete.

Article 5 — Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for details:

• Supabase (authentication & data management)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Vercel (hosting)
• Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager (usage analysis)
• YouTube (video embeds on artist pages)

Videos on artist pages do not load anything from YouTube until you press play. Once you do, a request is made to YouTube (Google) and their privacy policy applies.

Article 6 — Access and Deletion

To access, correct, or delete your personal data, please contact us. You may also delete your account directly from your account page.

Article 7 — Policy Updates

We may update this policy as needed. Significant changes will be announced within the service.
