A special dinner course collaboration between Karuizawa's MANO and SAMNICON. Set at an elevation of 1,000 meters during the peak of spring, when mountain vegetables are at their finest, the meal unfolds across three settings — under the shade of trees, a semi-outdoor space, and indoors. Food and drinks are all-inclusive. Participation fee: 50,000 yen; limited to 8 guests per evening.
