A workshop led by bamboo craft artist Yu Oka, who has a studio in Ujitawara, Kyoto. On Saturday, October 3, participants will make a 'handled basket,' while Sunday, October 4 offers two courses: a 'hexagonal weave basket' and an 'alternating-color floating chrysanthemum oval tray.' Tickets go on sale from 8 p.m. on Saturday, September 19. A tea gathering is planned after each session.
