The show features vessels where Japanese and Western sensibilities, old and new, blend harmoniously within a restrained palette of black, white, green, and soft sometsuke blue-and-white. Pieces include footed bowls, lidded containers, teapots, and sometsuke ware. The artist will be present on the opening day.
