A workshop led by Mr. Yamamoto of Yamanuki Kosakusha, makers of bamboo cutlery. Participants will design their own piece starting from a flat spatula blank, then shape it by cutting and sanding before finishing with an iron mordant. An oil finish is also available. Participation fee: 3,500 yen (includes tea and sweets).
