A solo exhibition by ceramicist Shiro Shimizu. The show presents tea ware fired with clay the artist has dug himself, alongside teas made from leaves he has picked and dried. Born on Gojozaka in Kyoto and trained under his grandfather Uichi Shimizu and his father Yasutaka Shimizu, Shiro Shimizu declared in 2014 that he would work exclusively with clay he digs himself.
