Born in 1985. Graduated from the ceramics course of the Fine Arts and Crafts Department at Kyoto University of Art and Design in 2007. After working across a wide range of formats including ceramic installation and sculptural objects, he now focuses primarily on vessels inspired by antique ceramics and bronzeware. He also creates everyday pieces such as kohiki mugs and plates, and serves as the atelier coordinator at a welfare facility for people with disabilities operated by Nanyamashiro Gakuen in Kyoto Prefecture.
