A shichimi spice-blending workshop featuring "Yuiichimi," an heirloom chili pepper variety cultivated for over 100 years in Karatsu, Saga Prefecture. Participants choose from more than 30 ingredients to create their own original shichimi blend. Fee: 3,300 yen (tax included), including one jar of your custom blend to take home plus a bowl of Konami udon. By reservation only, 8 participants per session. Sessions at 11:00 and 14:30.
