Masanori Yamamoto Solo Exhibition

A solo exhibition by Masanori Yamamoto, who continues to create at Kozanyama Kiln in Shigaraki, Shiga Prefecture. After studying ceramics at Kyoto Seika University, he established his own studio. He has consistently dedicated himself to "shinogi" vessels—hand-carved one by one—developing a rich variety of expressions including rope patterns and floral shinogi. His work is characterized by a light, rhythmic quality born from the fine carving, combined with the warmth inherent to clay pieces.
