Held at the foot of Miharashi Hill in Hitachi Seaside Park, Ibaraki Prefecture, with participation as part of the Kasama-yaki Youth Division. Includes a live pottery wheel demonstration. The kochia bushes are in full bloom and at their best. Open 10:00–16:00.
