A solo exhibition by Shinobu Kawase at Kuroda Toen, Ginza. The show presents two contrasting bodies of new work: "impressed patterns" created using stamped decorative techniques, and "polished surfaces" achieved by burnishing the exterior of vessels. The exhibition introduces Kawase's latest work, spanning celadon and a wide range of other styles.
