A stamp rally event for children in elementary school (up to 6th grade) in costume. The first 200 participants will receive a candy gift. Pick up your stamp card at TELAS, the gathering point, then visit the checkpoints to collect stamps. Halloween decorations are also planned throughout Nishiike Valley.
