A solo exhibition by Keiichiro Hayamizu, a Kagoshima-based artist working under the name TESUKI paper works. The show features handmade washi works crafted entirely by the artist — from simmering kozo fiber through papermaking, dyeing, and shaping. Works made using the ikkanbari technique, in which layers of his own handmade washi are lacquered, convey a quiet yet enduring strength.
