An exhibition and sale celebrating the beauty of everyday life rooted in local craft traditions from across Japan, held in cooperation with the Japan Folk Crafts Association. A companion exhibition, "The Beauty of Okinawa Encountered by Yanagi Soetsu: Ryukyuan Mingei," will be held concurrently. Featured crafts include straw work, ceramics, bashōfu (banana fiber textile), carved stone shisa, bamboo baskets, iron pots, woodwork, brooms, and Ainu folk objects.
