Timed to coincide with the season when Japanese rice is at its most delicious, this exhibition showcases rice bowls by Asuka Toba, a potter who works amid the pastoral landscapes of Kita Ward, Kobe. The display features beautiful pieces that balance bold, solid strength with soft, gentle forms. Each piece is unique in color and texture, shaped by the flames and its position in the kiln.
