巡-megu-（以下「当サービス」）は、ユーザーの個人情報の取り扱いについて以下のとおり定めます。

This Privacy Policy describes how megu (巡-megu-) handles your personal information.

当サービスでは以下の情報を収集することがあります。

• メールアドレス（アカウント登録・フォロー機能の利用時）
• 位置情報（「現在地から探す」機能を利用した場合のみ）

• Email address (when registering an account or using the follow feature)
• Location data (only when using the "Near Me" feature)

第2条（利用目的）/ Article 2 — How We Use Your Information

収集した情報は以下の目的に限り利用します。

• アカウント管理・認証
• フォローしたイベント・作家・ギャラリーに関するメール通知の送信
• 現在地周辺のイベント検索（位置情報はサーバーに保存しません）

• Account management and authentication
• Sending email notifications about followed events, artists, and galleries
• Searching for nearby venues (location data is never stored on our servers)

第3条（第三者提供）/ Article 3 — Third-Party Disclosure

当サービスは、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

第4条（位置情報について）/ Article 4 — Location Data

「現在地から探す」機能では、ブラウザから取得した位置情報を周辺イベントの検索にのみ使用します。位置情報はサーバーのデータベースには保存されず、検索処理の完了後に破棄されます。

When using the "Near Me" feature, your location is used solely to find nearby venues. It is never stored in our database and is discarded immediately after the search is complete.

第5条（利用するサービス）/ Article 5 — Third-Party Services

当サービスは以下の外部サービスを利用しています。各サービスのプライバシーポリシーもご確認ください。

• Supabase（認証・データ管理）
• Resend（メール配信）
• Vercel（ホスティング）

We use the following third-party services. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for details: Supabase (authentication & data), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting).

第6条（個人情報の開示・削除）/ Article 6 — Access and Deletion

ご自身の個人情報の開示・訂正・削除をご希望の場合は、お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。アカウントの削除はマイページからも行えます。

To access, correct, or delete your personal data, please contact us. You may also delete your account directly from your account page.

第7条（ポリシーの変更）/ Article 7 — Policy Updates

本ポリシーは必要に応じて変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合はサービス上でお知らせします。

We may update this policy as needed. Significant changes will be announced within the service.
