利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、巡-megu-（以下「当サービス」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆様には本規約に同意のうえ、当サービスをご利用いただきます。

These Terms of Service govern your use of megu (巡-megu-). By using the service, you agree to these terms.

第1条（サービスの内容）/ Article 1 — Service Description

当サービスは、陶芸・うつわ作家の展示・イベント情報を収集・掲載し、ユーザーへ提供する情報サービスです。掲載情報は自動収集および手動入力によるものであり、内容の正確性・完全性を保証するものではありません。

megu is an information service that collects and publishes exhibition and event information related to ceramic and pottery artists. Content is gathered automatically and manually; we do not guarantee accuracy or completeness.

第2条（掲載情報について）/ Article 2 — Listed Content

当サービスに掲載されているイベント情報・画像等は、各ギャラリー・作家のSNS等から収集したものです。掲載情報の削除・修正を希望される方は、お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。速やかに対応いたします。

Event information and images are sourced from galleries and artists' social media. If you wish to have content removed or corrected, please contact us and we will respond promptly.

第3条（禁止事項）/ Article 3 — Prohibited Actions

ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 当サービスのシステムへの不正アクセスや過度な負荷をかける行為
• 当サービスのコンテンツを無断で転載・複製する行為
• 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
• その他、運営者が不適切と判断する行為

• Unauthorized access or placing excessive load on the service
• Reproducing or redistributing content without permission
• Any action that violates laws or public order
• Any other action deemed inappropriate by the operator

第4条（免責事項）/ Article 4 — Disclaimer

当サービスに掲載されている情報の正確性について万全を期していますが、内容の完全性・正確性・有用性を保証するものではありません。掲載情報をもとにした行動により生じた損害について、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。イベントの詳細は各開催場所へ直接ご確認ください。

While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness or usefulness of listed information. We are not liable for any damages arising from reliance on this information. Please confirm event details directly with each venue.

第5条（サービスの変更・終了）/ Article 5 — Changes and Termination

運営者は、ユーザーへの事前通知なく当サービスの内容を変更、または提供を終了することがあります。これによってユーザーに生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。

We may modify or discontinue the service without prior notice and are not liable for any resulting damages.

第6条（規約の変更）/ Article 6 — Changes to Terms

運営者は必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後もサービスを継続して利用された場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

第7条（準拠法・管轄）/ Article 7 — Governing Law

本規約の解釈は日本法に準拠します。当サービスに関して生じた紛争については、運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the operator's location.
